• How to make a reservation

• Select your arrival and departure dates, the city and the room you want, and then click on "Go" .
  
• Check the hotels list and click on the right offer to see more details, or on the button "more infos" .
  
• You will be able to change your requests with the left menu. To make a reservation, click on the "book now" button.
  
• To confirm your reservation, check that details of your reservation are correct and enter your informations. You will be asked to provide us with your credit card informations in order for us to take care of your payment via our secure online payment service . Credit cards accepted:
  • VISA
  • MASTER CARD
  Your hotel reservation is paid in Euro. Yet, there may be certain hotels that accept the payment only in the national currency of their country.
  
• Once informations are processed, your reservation is automatically sent to the hotel, and you'll receive a confirmation by email. Please do print that email and present it at the hotel during the check-in.
  You can also cancel your reservation on departo.com's website. However, if you want to change or cancel some reservations, fees will be charged. (check your hotel's policy).

Once you have made your reservation, you will benefit of a special relationship with our agents. An email adddress is open particularly to your attention where you will be able to ask your questions.
